ABOUT

BELIEF #1

Life is too short to do something that doesn't bring you joy.

BELIEF #2

We are all perfectly imperfect beings and shouldn't be afraid to show our flaws.

BELIEF #3

You are in control of your thoughts, actions, and destiny.

I'M ÉMILIE

My work comes from my own experience of realizing that the life I was living didn’t match the person I wanted to be.

For a long time, I was doing everything I thought I was supposed to do—achieving, performing, moving forward—but feeling increasingly disconnected from myself. Eventually, I reached a point where I couldn’t ignore it anymore. Letting go of that version of my life required honesty, discomfort, and rebuilding my sense of self from the inside out. In that process, I learned how to listen to myself again and make choices that actually aligned with who I was becoming.

The work I offer now is shaped by that shift: helping women reconnect with themselves, move through the internal blocks that keep them stuck, and step into the version of themselves they’ve always known they were meant to be.

MY STORY

My background is rooted in the intersection of mind, body, and behavior. I completed my bachelor’s degree in kinesiology at the University of British Columbia, which gave me a strong understanding of how performance and human behavior interact. During my time working with the Canadian Armed Forces, I saw firsthand how high performance and mental health are two sides of the same coin, and that experience deepened my interest in the psychological side of human behavior. Later, while working in finance, I noticed the same patterns show up in high performers and knew I wanted to understand more about what influences people internally and shapes the way they show up in their lives.

That curiosity pushed me to pursue training in counseling psychology, somatic practices, NLP, and hypnosis. I’m now pursuing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology to expand my practice and offer psychotherapy in the near future.

The work I do with clients reflects the same process I moved through myself—getting honest about what isn’t working, rebuilding a sense of self that feels aligned, and becoming the person you know you’re meant to be. I support women in navigating their own version of that shift, offering the structure, tools, and psychological grounding to help them move through their internal barriers and step into who they’re meant to be.
